Five new ‘Managing Your Mood’ groups starting soon

Launched last year, Managing Your Mood is a new 16-week skills-development group for people who are struggling with distressing feelings and thoughts, or are experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression.

 

In 2018 Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury will be running Managing Your Mood groups at locations in Balgowlah, Gordon, Lindfield and Hornsby, details as follows:

Adult Group 1 for adults (aged 18 and over) – starting February 26 at Lifeline Northern Beaches, Balgowlah, 10am-12pm Mondays

Adult Group 2  –  for adults (aged 18 and over) – starting February 26 at Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury, Gordon, 3pm-5pm Mondays

Adolescent Group 1  –  for young people (aged under 18) – starting February 22 at KYDS, Rear 265 Pacific Highway, Lindfield, 4pm-6pm, Thursdays

Adolescent Group 2 – for young people (aged under 18) – starting February 22 at Lifeline Northern Beaches, Balgowlah, 5.30pm-7.30pm Thursdays

Adolescent Group 3  – for young people (aged under 18) – starting March 12 at KYDS, 1st Floor, 248-252 Peats Ferry Road, Hornsby, 4-6pm Mondays

The groups are free, but enrolment does necessitate a referral from your GP. Click here for full eligibility details etc.
