Train to be a Lifeline Telephone Crisis Supporter


Our next Information Session – for our early 2017 Training Intake – will take place at our Lifeline Gordon Centre at 7pm on Wednesday evening, January 31st 2017.


The format of the training course is a combination of e-learning, face to face presentations, role-plays and large and small group exercises. After the initial formal face to face training modules, students then go on to complete their training in the workplace at Lifeline’s Call Centre in Gordon. Here they work on the phones, attend coaching, supervision and mandatory professional development courses.
