“It’s all just too much…”

Ever hear yourself saying that? It may be time to call Way2Wellness on 1300 120 446.

Knowing when to take action

Stress and anxiety – in small amounts – are a normal part of daily life. But when stress and anxiety become excessive, they can threaten to take over your life, making you less able to function as a friend, mate, colleague, brother, sister, husband, wife, partner or parent. That’s when you may need a little external help to enable you to get your life back on track. It’s when it might be a good idea to call Way2Wellness.

Way2Wellness is a free telephone support, coaching and call-back service, specially designed to help you get things back into balance.

It’s already making a difference

Delivered by Lifeline and funded by the Sydney North Primary Health Network, Way2Wellness is a new service, (less than five months old), that has already made a positive difference to the lives of many people in the Northern Sydney area, (service available to all who live or work in any of the following Local Government Areas:  Hornsby, Hunters Hill, Ku-ring-gai, Lane Cove, Mosman, Northern Beaches, North Sydney, Ryde, and Willoughby).
