The 7th annual Bobbin Head Cycle Classic fundraising cycle ride event – affectionately known as ‘The Bobbo’ – will take place on Sunday March 25 2018.
About the event
Full details of the event can be found at the Bobbo’s own website, and details of how our broad community of Lifeline supporters can get behind the event by participating as riders, fundraising or volunteering are on the Bobbin Head Cycle Classic page of our Lifeline H2H website.
Lifeline volunteers needed!
As the official Charity Partner of the Bobbo, (which means the primary charity beneficiary), Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury’s top priority right now is to help the event organisers recruit at least 500 volunteers to assist with various aspects of running the event. To be specific, that’s 400 road marshals, 40 drink-stop assistants and 60 volunteers for the event’s various support teams, such as logistics, signage, the BBQ, hospitality, Karuah Oval set-up etc. Every task counts, and every volunteer helps.
How to volunteer
Full details of how you can support Lifeline by volunteering at the event can be found on the Volunteer At The Bobbo page of the Lifeline H2H website. Just four hours of your time on the day could make a huge difference.
