  • reducing unanswered conversations nationally by launching a local crisis chat and text support service  
  • increasing capacity to answer 13 11 14 calls in peak periods by supporting paid crisis supporters in hard-to-fill shifts  
  • supporting our fundraising efforts through the purchase of a vehicle for our book fairs 
  • expanding our capacity for telephone crisis supporters by upgrading the Gordon office 
  • providing a safe space for those in need by installing a triage room for local clients  
  • increasing customer loyalty and sustainability by supplying branded paper bags to our shops and fairs.
