As organisations deal with the ramifications of coronavirus, equipping team members and leadership teams to be empathic and aware of signs of crisis is extremely important for the wellbeing of employees, volunteers, clients and customers.
With safety front of mind, we have been working on the most accessible way of supporting organisations with effective, remotely delivered training which retains the integrity of delivery and duty of care for which we are known. We are delighted to be able to deliver our workshops in this difficult time and into the future from our virtual training room via ZOOM. For organisations within the Sydney Metro area that have the space to hold the training while still complying with the current social distancing regulations, our Training Team also deliver the workshops face-to-face.
