The Emergency Relief Service provides immediate support for people who are in financial crisis, including food parcels, food and petrol vouchers, clothing, information and referral.

 

To access Emergency Relief appointments can be made by calling 9498 8805. During an appointment staff will discuss immediate support that could help eg food vouchers, while also focusing on long terms outcomes such as increased financial independence, community connection, and improved health and well being.
There are limits around the number of times service can be accessed so a maximum amount of people can be supported equitably.

Emergency Relief is for people who live in the Northern Sydney and Hornsby region.

This is a no fee service.
