The Emergency Relief Service provides immediate support for people who are in financial crisis, including food parcels, food and petrol vouchers, clothing, information and referral.
Emergency Relief appointments can be made by calling 9498 8805. During an appointment, staff will discuss immediate support that could help (such as food vouchers), while also focussing on long-term outcomes including increased financial independence, community connection, and improved health and well-being.
There are limits around the number of times service can be accessed to ensure the maximum amount of people can be supported equitably.
Emergency Relief is for people who live in the Northern Sydney and Hornsby region.
This is a no fee service.
