If you’re feeling overstretched or stuck in a rut, struggling to find the energy you need, feeling flat or anxious about life in general, now could be the time to call us. It might be the first step in your journey towards better mental health – your personal way to wellness.
Way2Wellness is a free and confidential telephone support service for all who live, work or study in Sydney’s North Shore, Ryde and Northern Beaches areas. By calling 1300 120 446 you can speak to one of our online supporters who will coach you over five sessions through an individually-selected online mental health program to match your needs.
With funding from Sydney North Primary Health Network, Lifeline created Way2Wellness with three goals in mind:
- to help people with low to moderate mental health concerns before their worries reach crisis point
- to provide a service that is free, easy to access and time-flexible
- to give clients a stake in working towards their own solutions in their own time with regular support from a mental health coach.
Better mental health could be just a free phone call away.
We can call you. Just fill in the contact form below and we will call you back.
Please be aware that we cannot offer crisis support through this service, so if you or someone you know is in crisis call Lifeline on 13 11 14 for 24 hour assistance.
