The Push-Up Challenge 2021

Lifeline H2H is proud to be a major beneficiary partner of Australia’s largest fitness-based, mental-health event, The Push-Up Challenge 2021, and we want YOU on our team and to ask others to join us! Help H2H reach our target of 100 individuals and organisations taking part to raise awareness and funds. Who will you challenge?

Register as an individual, rally your mates to create a team, or go all out and create a Community for your workplace, school, gym or club.

What you need to do: complete 3,318 push-ups (or choose from other exercise options) from 1–25 June and help us put the spotlight on the number of suicides in Australia in 2019. It’s a unique way to get fit, have fun, learn about mental health, and raise vital funds for Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury.

This year, each member of your team can aim for 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of the daily target and will receive a virtual badge when they do! You’ll also receive virtual team trophies on the app for team push-up achievements.

Can’t do push-ups? Not a problem! Our event is for everyone. Alternatives to push-ups such as sit-ups, squats or tailored exercises are welcome and encouraged.

Registrations are open NOW, so learn more or sign up here

Join us as we #pushforbetter mental health to reflect, remember, support and advocate for mental health and suicide prevention, and don’t forget to share!
