How We Serve The Community
At Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury a core purpose and
focus for us is the 13 11 14 telephone crisis support line.
Thanks to our more than 200 fully trained volunteers, our Centre provides 13 11 14 support, answering calls 24/7, every day of the year.
A wide range of services
But what many people may not realise is that from our Gordon centre we also provide a wide range of crisis support services, including financial counselling, face-to-face personal counselling for individuals and couples, a gambling help service, a bulk-billed psychological service, support groups, and community aid.
Covering diverse situations
These services provide help with diverse situations, ranging from extreme financial hardship to relationship issues; from compulsive gambling to anxiety, stress and depression; and from aged care to grief and trauma.
