Compulsive Hoarding Treatment Program

A 15-week group treatment program for compulsive hoarding

Do you collect stuff, and do you find it difficult to discard stuff?

Do you want to regain control over your living space?

Let us help you develop strategies and skills to sort and organise you stuff!

The program utilises a specialised form of cognitive behaviour therapy developed to treat hoarding. It aims to build skills to deal with acquiring, discarding, sorting and organising.
